Using Hypnotic Language Patterns for Career Change

June 11th, 2008 | RSS Feeds | Posted In: Business

NLP Practitioners are trained to use hypnotic language patterns to get more of what they want. Some have used their NLP Language Pattern Skills to get their ideal job as well as huge pay rises and opportunities that would not normally be available. This article examines the use of hypnotic persuasion to get your ideal job.

Building Rapport with a CV

Getting your ideal job usually starts with sending out a CV. A good NLP Practitioner will tailor unique CVs for each job in a way that goes beyond simply matching skills and experience to the job they are applying for.

By examining the company job adverts and their web sites a lot of really good hypnotic influence information can be gleaned. The Hypnotic Persuasion Engineer will look for the company values, buzz words and corporate attitude. They will then filter this information through their CV.

There are many different formats for CVs but some lend themselves to persuasion skills more readily than others. A quick chat with any good NLP Practitioner will give you all you need to know about a hypnotic persuasion based CV format that is quick and easy to adapt for different companies. Writing your achievements, experience and qualifications using hypnotic persuasion skills whilst also dropping in the company trance words will create a custom built almost irresistible CV.

NLP Techniques for the Right Attitude

When going for interviews many people go in with a cap in hand almost begging attitude. Anyone with NLP persuasion skills is going to go in with an attitude that reeks of I am a great person to have for the role and the company need to prove that they should take it.

There are a huge number of NLP Techniques that will allow you to develop this amount of confidence and self esteem for interview situations. This brings them back in control and the balance of power changes from the interviewer to the interviewee. The important thing is not to say this directly, but just to go with this attitude.

Building Rapport and Taking Covert Control of the Interview

A traditional view of interviews is that the interviewer has control of the situation and you need to follow their lead. A good hypnotic persuasion skills engineer knows not only how to take covert control of a conversation but also how to use this approach to build rapport.

From walking in the door to the end of the interview it is important that you as the interviewee is leading the interviewer. A lot of this can be achieved through non verbal patterns of behaviour, whilst the rest can be developed through certain language patterns. You will develop these skills to a high degree on any good NLP Practitioner Course, but a quick conversation with any decent NLP Trainer will give you enough to be able to try these skills out.

Hypnotic Language Patterns in Interviews

The great part of interviews is that you can prepare your answers. Having laced your CV with hypnotic suggestions you will have already developed the key areas you are going to highlight. By using a simple formula for your answers you can prepare thousands of answers to questions in less than a couple of hours.

A basic pattern for interview answers would be to acknowledge the questions, lead into your specific example and then finish with a hypnotic future pace of you working in the company. By using this as a base you can fit your hypnotic language patterns in to the formula and you will be taking the interviewer through persuasive hypnotic inductions with every answer.

Using this approach will guarantee you spectacular results. One NLP Practitioner I know personally has changed jobs twice in less than a year and doubled her salary. Another went from unsuccessfully looking for jobs for three years to using this formula. They sent their CV in for three jobs and was offered two of them.

Whilst this approach to job interviews is straight forward it is not always easy to implement. Because it is a straight forward NLP Application any good NLP Practitioner will be able to talk you through the various stages including ho to construct hypnotic persuasion skills based interview answers. If this could mean the difference between any job and your ideal role with the salary you deserve is it worth spending some time developing some NLP Persuasion Techniques?

Advice on Buying Executive Office Furniture

June 5th, 2008 | RSS Feeds | Posted In: Business

When looking at executive office furniture, the first thing that catches your attention is that it is elegant, in design, and how you can imagine working behind this impressive piece of furniture, as if the you were the prime minister.

Some people prefer the look of the traditional range of classical reproduction office desks, which often come in the finest quality mahogany and yew.

These are particularly sought after by customers from private homes to major hotels and corporate offices.

A wide range of leather office chairs are the normal seat which is married to finish off the look of luxury and cost. One of the most popular leather office chairs is the captain’s chair, normally stained to match the desking.

Many executive desks combine classic styling with versatility to meet the demands of the modern corporate or home office. The classical exterior hides practical features such as slide out keyboard trays, cable management, port holes, a storage area for the CPU unit to be stored behind doors. This allows the look of luxury, but allows you to keep up with all forms of technology.

The desk profile, and thickness of the desk top varies between manufacturers, the standard being 35mm some 45mm and even 50mm thick tops add to the slender of the furniture. A straight edge, or a profiled edge, which can come in a bull nose edge, or a European angled edge again can add substance to the visual look of the desk.

You can not talk about executive furniture without mentioning the finish. Again the traditional finish is veneer, but in the last 10 years many of the quality MFC desk, have the look, an the better price option for many buyers, the second option making it easier to match with other items of furniture, whilst the veneer, as it is a natural product, makes it difficult to match items, after the first piece of furniture has been in place. The colour after a few weeks can change due to lighting and sunlight, which means that although called the same finish, you can have a darker or lighter finish when you add on to the furniture. The best piece of advice is to buy your complete suite of executive office furniture at the same time, this allows the best possible chance of matching the units, the chairs and even office screens if you need them.
